2. Who We Are CHSNCLO is an independent faith-based clothing brand based in California. All orders are processed and fulfilled by the brand owner.

3. Products All items are limited run drops. Once a drop sells out it will not be restocked. Product colors and details may vary slightly from photos due to the nature of acid wash and garment dyeing processes — each piece is unique.

4. Orders By placing an order you confirm that the information you provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Payments All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We accept all major credit cards and any payment methods listed at checkout.

6. Shipping & Returns Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for full details on delivery times, costs, and return eligibility.

7. Intellectual Property All CHSNCLO branding, logos, designs, and content are the property of CHSNCLO. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of our branding or designs without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability CHSNCLO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your order.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in California courts.

10. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
